Capabilities
New Sky organizes 6 capabilities under one restaurant-focused contractor: design, interiors, MEP, kitchen stainless steel, construction, and signage, followed by installation, handover, and maintenance.
6 core capabilities
From design, interiors, MEP, kitchen stainless steel, construction, and signage, New Sky gives the project one accountable lead; MEP and construction are coordinated through subcontractors, while the remaining scopes are handled in-house.

Concept, functional layout, and technical drawings aligned with each restaurant brand position.

Production and installation of restaurant interior items through New Sky's workshop for stronger design-to-build consistency.

Coordination of electrical, water supply, wastewater, ventilation, smoke extraction, and related restaurant technical requirements.

Stainless-steel tables, shelves, cabinets, sinks, and kitchen items produced at the Ha Dong workshop.

Coordination of site renovation, partitions, and floor, wall, and ceiling finishes according to approved drawings.

Production of stainless-steel lettering, UV signage, and pano signage to align frontage, space, and brand touchpoints.
2026 capability shift
The Ha Dong workshop helps New Sky produce interiors, industrial kitchen stainless steel, and signage in-house, improving control over the scopes New Sky directly delivers for restaurant F&B projects.
Six-step construction process
This process is shaped by 10 years and more than 100 restaurant projects, balancing schedule, quality, and clear accountability before contract signing.
Measure the site, record electrical, water, and drainage conditions, and review landlord requirements for mall projects.
Initial concept and detailed drawings across architecture, interiors, MEP, and kitchen stainless steel, adjusted until approval.
Break down materials, labour, timeline, and equipment; prepare detailed quotation, sign contract, and collect deposit.
Produce stainless-steel and furniture items at the Ha Dong workshop while preparing construction and MEP materials in parallel.
Transport and install stainless steel, MEP, and construction finishes, then test equipment on site.
Acceptance, technical document handover, initial operation guidance, and maintenance request intake after handover.
